1. General provisions

This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the Policy) determines the procedure for processing personal data in relation to site visitorshttps://cdek-thailand.com(hereinafter referred to as the Site).

3. What data is processed

3.1. Technical data when visiting the Site: cookies (including language selection cookiespll_language, installed by the Polylang plugin), IP address, information about the browser and device, pages visited. This data is processed automatically and is used for the technical functioning of the Site and language settings.

3.2. Contact information voluntarily provided by the user when contacting the Operator via instant messengers, telephone or email: name, contact telephone number, shipping/receiving addresses, description of the cargo, other information necessary for the provision of delivery services.

3.3. Analytics data — collected by Yandex Metrica (counter No. 109305718) only after the user gives explicit consent in the cookie banner. Includes: visited pages, time on site, traffic sources, session identifier, user journey (Webvisor), click maps, anonymised IP address. The data is anonymised and does not allow identification of a specific individual.

4. Legal basis and objectives

4.1. Processing of technical cookies is carried out for the operation of the Site, on the basis of the Operator's legitimate interest in the technical maintenance of the Site.

4.2. Processing of analytics data (Yandex Metrica) is carried out on the basis of the user's explicit consent expressed by clicking "Accept" in the cookie banner, for the purpose of analysing site traffic and improving the Site.

4.3. The processing of contact information provided by the client to the Operator is carried out for the purpose of fulfilling the contract for the provision of delivery services and in accordance with the legislation of the Kingdom of Thailand, in particular the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA).

5. Terms and storage

5.1. Cookies are stored in the user's browser for a period set for each type of cookie (usually up to 1 year).

5.2. Customer contact information is stored for the duration of the obligations under the delivery agreement and 5 years after its completion for accounting and tax purposes of the Operator.

6. Transfer of data to third parties and cross-border transfer

6.1. The operator does not sell or transfer personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

6.2. Data may be transferred to government authorities of the Kingdom of Thailand in cases provided for by law.

6.3. Technical providers (hosting, instant messengers, payment systems) process data solely within the framework of ensuring the operation of the relevant services and to the extent necessary for their functioning.

6.4. Anonymised analytics data described in clause 3.3 is transferred to Yandex Metrica (service operator — Yandex LLC, address: 16 Lva Tolstogo St., Moscow 119021, Russian Federation). Transfer to Yandex LLC servers in the Russian Federation constitutes a cross-border transfer. The transfer is performed only when the user has given explicit consent in the cookie banner. Yandex Metrica data processing terms are published at yandex.com/legal/confidential.

7. User rights

The User has the right to request from the Operator:

• confirmation of the fact of processing of your data;
• access to your data;
• correction of inaccurate data;
• deletion of data, if this does not contradict the Operator’s obligations under the contract;
• revocation of previously given consent.

8. Applicable law and jurisdiction

The laws of the Kingdom of Thailand (Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562) apply to relations arising in connection with the processing of personal data by the Operator. The site is available to users from various countries; information on the procedure for data processing is published in Russian for the convenience of Russian-speaking clients of the Operator located in the Kingdom of Thailand.

9. Policy Changes
