User Agreement

1. General provisions

1.1. This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the Agreement) determines the procedure for the interaction of visitors with the information sitehttps://cdek-thailand.com(hereinafter referred to as the Site), owned by CDEK BKK Co., LTD (hereinafter referred to as the Operator).

1.2. The site is an information showcase of the Operator’s delivery and logistics services within the Kingdom of Thailand and from Thailand to other countries. Use of the Site means unconditional acceptance of the terms of this Agreement.

3. Services

3.1. The description of services presented on the Site is for informational purposes only. Specific conditions for the provision of delivery services (cost, timing, route, cargo requirements) are agreed upon individually via Telegram, WhatsApp messengers or by email/phone number of the Operator.

3.2. The information posted on the Site (tariffs, description of services, FAQ) is not a public offer within the meaning of the legislation of the Kingdom of Thailand or other applicable legal orders.

4. Intellectual property

4.1. All materials on the Site (texts, images, design, program code) are the property of the Operator or posted with the consent of the copyright holders.

4.2. The use of Site materials for commercial purposes without the written permission of the Operator is not permitted.

5. Limitation of liability

5.1. The Operator is not responsible for technical failures, temporary unavailability of the Site, or actions of third parties (including communication and hosting providers).

5.2. Information on the Site may be updated without prior notice to users.

6. Applicable law

6.1. The laws of the Kingdom of Thailand apply to the Agreement. Disputes are considered at the location of the Operator.
