How do I calculate the shipping cost?

What can't be sent?
Prohibited: narcotics, counterfeit banknotes and coins, pornographic and counterfeit materials, protected wildlife (CITES). Some goods — Buddha images, antiques, plants, food, medicines and cosmetics, electronics with radio modules and others — require written permission from the relevant Thai authorities. Our managers will advise on your specific item.
How do I track my shipment?
After registration you receive a tracking number. Follow your parcel via CDEK online tracking — it always shows the latest status.
How fast is the delivery?
Air delivery to Russia and the EAEU takes from 5 calendar days. Sea freight times depend on the route and are confirmed by a manager.
What documents are required?
For shipments to the EAEU you need a correct and complete description of the goods in the invoice, and permits for goods from restricted lists. Our managers will help with the paperwork.
