Can you find a product from a photo alone?
Often yes — a photo is a good starting point. The more detail (brand, specs, where you saw it), the better the chance of an exact match.
In which countries do you source?
Primarily in Thailand. Requests for other markets are considered individually — tell us what you need and a manager will say whether it's feasible.
Do you check product quality?
We clarify specs and terms with the seller and check them against your request. We do not provide a quality guarantee, lab testing or factory inspection; a sample check can be discussed separately.
Can you pay for or buy out the goods?
In some cases we can help with the purchase from the supplier. Availability, payment method and terms depend on the specific goods and seller and are confirmed individually.
How long does the search take?
It depends on the task: common products are found faster, rare items and supplier selection for a batch take longer. A manager gives a time estimate after clarifying your request.
How is the service fee calculated?
Individually — based on the search scope, quantity and whether help with the purchase is needed. A manager quotes the terms after clarifying your request.
Can I order a sample?
In some cases yes — subject to agreement with the seller. Availability, the sample cost and its delivery are determined individually.
How is delivery of the found goods arranged?
Via CDEK Thailand: small orders by air at the Express or Business rate, batches from 31 kg by sea. The cost and method are quoted together with the product offer.
