Shipping rules and restrictions in FAQ →Extra packing and crating
For fragile and oversized shipments you can order crating: a wooden frame is built to the cargo's dimensions and holds it firmly. The price depends on the size — check with a manager.

Frequently asked questions
How do I get an accurate quote?
The calculator on this page gives a preliminary estimate by weight and dimensions. For an accurate quote, send the goods name, number of packages, weight, dimensions, value and destination — a manager checks feasibility and confirms the price.
How does air differ from sea?
Air is faster (preliminarily from 5 days) and suits samples, documents and urgent batches; it's charged by chargeable weight. Sea is more economical for consolidated and large batches (preliminarily from 45 days), with a 31 kg minimum chargeable weight and a rate that drops as the batch grows.
How is chargeable weight calculated?
By the greater of two values: actual weight and volumetric weight (Length × Width × Height ÷ 5000). For sea, a minimum chargeable weight of 31 kg applies.
How is the sea rate calculated?
The chargeable weight is rounded to whole kilograms and multiplied by the rate of the applicable weight range; the larger the batch, the lower the per-kg rate. The minimum chargeable weight is 31 kg. A manager confirms the total after reviewing the cargo.
Can I send product samples?
Yes, samples usually go by air — faster for testing and negotiations. Some categories (e.g. cosmetics, supplements, food) need a check first — confirm the contents with a manager.
What documents may be required?
Depending on the goods: invoice or proforma, packing list, sender and recipient details, contract if any, payment confirmation, certificates or declarations, marking data. The exact set is determined after reviewing the goods, route and clearance scheme.
Can I order packing or crating?
Yes. For fragile and oversized cargo, wooden crating built to the cargo's dimensions is available. The price depends on the size and requirements; a manager quotes it together with the delivery.
How are insurance terms clarified?
Insurance availability and terms depend on the goods, value and transport mode, and are clarified when a specific batch is arranged after reviewing the cargo.
How is the shipment tracked?
Once the cargo is accepted you get statuses along the whole route — from export clearance in Thailand to handover to the recipient. Company payment by bank transfer with closing documents is available.
