When registering a shipment, CDEK employees will check the actual and volumetric weight of the shipment. Payment will be made for the higher of the two amounts. Volumetric weight is calculated using the formula: Length (cm) × Width (cm) × Height (cm) / 5000 = Volumetric weight (kg).

Narcotic substances, counterfeit banknotes and coins, pornographic materials, counterfeit materials (copyright and intellectual property infringement), protected or CITES-listed wildlife.

There are a number of goods restricted for import and export; for this you must have written permission from the relevant government agency:

What documents are required for international shipments?

To send to the EAEU countries you need:

1. Correct and complete description of the goods, written in the invoice, which corresponds to the attachment. Information on how to correctly issue an invoice, Here.
2. Permits, if the goods are in list of resolutions and requires export permits:

for individuals - explanatory in the prescribed form;

for legal entities - permission from the relevant ministry.

Why is my parcel delayed at customs?

If an order is delayed at customs, this does not mean that there are problems with it. Customs clearance occurs in batches, and if there is a delay, it means that among the parcels there are those that attracted the attention of the customs authorities. We try to quickly solve such problems, but, unfortunately, we cannot influence the timing of shipments passing through customs control.
