How to prepare your documents
Preparation takes a few minutes — we do most of it at the office.
- Bring the documents and the recipient's details: full name, address, phone
- We pack the shipment in a protective envelope
- We issue a waybill with a contents list

What's the maximum weight I can send?
The rate is designed for documents and correspondence — usually up to a few kilograms. For unusually heavy shipments (archives, bulk paperwork), message a manager to confirm the terms and price.

Can I include anything other than paper?
