How the price is calculated
Personal belongings ship at the Express rate. The price is based on the chargeable weight — the greater of the actual and volumetric weight (Length × Width × Height ÷ 5000). The calculator below gives a preliminary amount; CDEK staff confirm the final price after checking the shipment.

Frequently asked questions
Is this a separate service or a normal parcel?
Personal belongings ship as a normal parcel at the Express rate — this is not a separate baggage-transport service. Ordering and pricing go through the Express page and the calculator.
Can you ship furniture or move a household in a container?
This page is about personal belongings shipped as a parcel. Large volumes, furniture or container relocation aren't covered by the Express rate; for a non-standard task, message a manager and we'll advise whether it's possible.
How do I estimate the price?
Use the calculator on this page (the “Parcel” rate is preselected): enter the destination, weight and dimensions to see a preliminary price. CDEK staff confirm the exact amount after checking the shipment.
What documents are needed?
Usually a correct description of the contents in the waybill is enough. Some categories may need permits; exact requirements are determined after the shipment is checked. Our managers help with the paperwork.
